If you're on this mailing list, it's safe to say that you're a fan of crypto in some way, shape, or form. Whether you're digital jpeg collectoor, a OG bitcoin whale, or just crypto-curious, one thing is for certain -- we're not that organized (nationally).
As a collective, we don't have a lot of sway. In fact, crypto is always getting sucker punched in the news and in politics. Price go up -- "They got lucky" or "It's a pyramid scheme." Price go down -- "Told you so! Worthless and going to zero."
But we all know it's not just about the price. It's about freedom, creativity, and taking your power back.
Stand with Crypto is an organization trying to, well, organize all 52 million crypto owners in the United States. It's a non-profit with the mission of fighting for our rights in Congress.
Stand with Crypto is sponsoring watch parties all over the country for the first Presidential debate. Philadelphia is one of them.
Look, we get it. The debate will either be a total farce, unimaginably depressing, or some flavor in between.
But who are we to decline sponsorship money to have an event where Philadelphia crypto advocates can come together?!
